Caprioska is an eating and at the same time an entertainment restaurant with tasty South American dishes joins what is becoming known as the international corridor of Columbia. It is named after a national drink of Brazil- "Caprioska", which is made of with half of a lime, crushed ice, vodka and sugar.

Caprioska is owned by Richard Gibson and it is located at at the outer edge of the Columbia Place Mall facing the intersection of Two Notch Road and Parklane Road.

Caprioska offers menus that include Argentine favorites such as Caprioska Churrasco Skirt Steak and Provoletta (grilled provolone cheese with olive oil and oregano) and other South American favorites. The restaurant's decor is best describe as an upscale sports bar where framed sports shirts, a large open bar, pool tables beyond the bar on a raised floor, and an area with large velvet sofas are found. The restaurant has three pool tables, 15 flat-screen televisions, a VIP lounge with sofas, a free Wi-Fi area, an outdoor patio, and a DJ and dancing on the weekend.
